Moravia Central School is hiring a Personnel Clerk to begin as soon as possible. This is a provisional civil service position. This means the candidate will be required to take the civil service exam when it is scheduled in the future and qualify for the position. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for clerical work in maintaining accurate, current personnel records on each employee and assisting in the payroll processing and fringe benefits of employees. The candidate must have graduated from a regionally accredited or NYS registered two year college with an associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, secretarial science or related field OR graduation from high school or possession of a NYS high school equivalency diploma AND two years of experience maintaining financial accounts and records, personnel records or other equivalent account clerical experience.  

The Moravia Central School District is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year for a probationary science teacher at the high school. Earth science and physics certifications are highly desirable, but not required to apply.
