Cuomo Throws a "Curve Ball" With Budget Development: Since 2010, the Moravia School District has lost nearly $8,000,000 due to the Gap Elimination Adjustment (G.E.A.), which was introduced in 2010 as a way for the state government to close its budget deficit. Millard Mail Comes Through Rain, SNOW, and Wind Chill Factor!: Our elementary school has its very own mail service called Millard Mail! While the program is overseen by our building Character Education committee, it is largely student run. Ms. Conway's Kindergarten Class Uses Stability Balls: A few months ago, Ms. Conway was looking for a way to let students chanel their physical energy in a positive way that would  allow them to focus on their work more completely.  After coming across a website called   donorschoose.org  she wrote to them asking to get her class a set of stability balls to replace her chairs.  And lo and behold....her request was funded!! ... more >>
