    Moravia Central School is hiring a Clerical Assistant for the middle school counseling/attendance office. This is a provisional civil service position. This means the candidate will be required to take the Senior Typist civil service exam when it is scheduled in the future and qualify for the position. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for clerical work in maintaining accurate, current student attendance records on each student of the middle school and assisting in the operation of the counseling/middle school office.     Moravia Central School District is seeking two teacher aide positions to serve in our full day Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program starting this Fall.  These positions will support the students and teachers in two full day UPK classrooms. These will be a 7-hour per day position for 10 months. The hourly rate is $14.41 per hour.

    • Must be a high school graduate or have possession of an equivalency diploma

    • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions

    • Must have ability to work with confidential information

    These positions involve responsibility for assisting physically or mentally disabled students getting on, riding and getting off school buses, moving between classes and during all school activities. Student Aides also assist disabled students with basic personal needs.
