Moravia CSD Announces Absentee and Early Mail Ballot Availability for May 19 Vote

Moravia, NY — Residents of the Moravia Central School District who are unable to vote in person on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, still have an opportunity to make their voices heard.
Applications for both Absentee Voter Ballots and Early Mail Voter Ballots are now available for the upcoming School Budget Vote and Board Member Election. These options are designed to ensure that all eligible voters can participate, regardless of scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances.
Voters who have a physical disability, anticipate being absent from the district on the day of the vote, or simply prefer to cast their ballot remotely may request one of these ballot options through the District Clerk’s office.
District officials encourage community members to plan ahead and take advantage of these accessible voting methods to stay engaged in the decision-making process that shapes the future of Moravia schools.
For more information or to request an application, residents can contact District Clerk Jodie Rusaw at jrusaw@moraviaschool.org.
With important decisions on the horizon, district leaders emphasize that every vote plays a role in guiding the direction of the school community.
