Moravia CSD is seeking to find workers for our district fitness center.  Training for this position is provided.

Hourly rate is $16.00 per hour.  Weekend opportunities available.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

●     Co-teach in a primary classroom, working alongside the general education teacher to provide high-quality instruction for all students.

●     Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Differentiate instruction and provide accommodations and modifications to meet diverse learning needs.

●     Use data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

●     Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff.

●     Actively participate in team meetings, professional learning, and collaborative planning.

Qualifications

●     Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility).

●     Experience in co-teaching or inclusion settings preferred.

●     Strong communication and collaboration skills.

●     Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Moravia Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a Senior Typist.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide clerical support to the Counseling Office, maintain accurate and up-to-date student records with a strong emphasis on daily attendance, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the High School Office.

The salary for this position is $31,300, commensurate with experience. Moravia Central School District also offers excellent benefits, including membership in the New York State Retirement System.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one of the following:

●     Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS-registered two-year college, or
 

●     Two years of clerical experience, which must include keyboarding.

This is a 12-month provisional civil service position. Upon hire, the selected candidate will be required to take the Civil Service Exam and must qualify for permanent placement.
