    • Maximum capacity will increase from 15 to 25 members per session.

    Protocols still in place:

    • Reservations are still required (RhinoFit). Rhinofit
    • Daily temperature and screening checks when entering the facility.
    • Maintaining physical distancing per NYS guidance.

Each member must reserve a time slot on RhinoFit (registration information provided below). We cannot accept drop-ins at this time.

    • Each member will be allowed to reserve one 45 minute reservation each day.
    • Screening and temperature checks will take place upon arrival.

    • Equipment must be disinfected after use (the fitness center will provide a personal spray bottle and towel to each member when entering the facility).
    • Cardio space is limited. We will be using four bikes, two treadmills, and three ellipticals.
    • We have eight resistance training sessions (one person per station).
    • The entrance will remain the same, but members will be asked to exit the facility on the gym’s east side.
    • Due to the restrictions, the hours of operation have been altered (schedule below).

    Rhino Fit:

RhinoFit is an online website that we will be using to register members, schedule appointments, and track attendance. The platform is free for our members, and the system can be found on our school website (under community/fitness center) and has a mobile app that you can download to your smartphone or device.

How do I reserve a spot to use the facility?

Each member must reserve a time slot to use the fitness center. Each reservation is 45 minutes in duration. At that time, you will need to promptly exit the facility so that our staff can adequately disinfect the facility before the next set of reservations. We understand that this is not ideal and maybe an inconvenience for some of you. We appreciate your adherence to the procedures mandated by NYS and our local health department.

Please be courteous when reserving spots. We appreciate you making an effort to attend when you have reserved a spot and promptly arriving and departing on time to ensure our facility runs smoothly.

RhinoFit is the software we use to help manage our Fitness Center membership accounts and reservations. In order to make reservations easier for our members, The Fitness Center will send you an email to create/reset your RhinoFit password. In the email, you will see a link that will take you to a site where you will be prompted to enter a password and confirm it. Once you have done so, you can log in to your RhinoFit Account and have access to reserve gym times from the calendar, view your account history, and update your contact information.

Again, thank you for your flexibility and understanding during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you back in the gym!!!
